Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Application

These Shipping Policy apply exclusively to orders for cycling apparel and related accessories purchased through this independent website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). They cover both domestic and cross-border shipping services. All orders are shipped in accordance with the provisions of these Policy, and placing an order constitutes the user's acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms herein.

2. Delivery Areas

  1. Domestic Delivery: Covers mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan regions and remote islands), and delivery is available to all areas reachable by cooperating logistics providers.
  2. Cross-border Delivery: Supports most countries and regions worldwide (subject to the display on the order checkout page). Delivery services are temporarily unavailable for some countries/regions restricted by logistics or policy regulations. Users may contact online customer service to confirm before placing an order.

3. Shipping Fee Policy

  1. Free Shipping:
    • Domestic Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping for a single order with an actual payment amount of $180 or more (or equivalent in RMB, subject to the order settlement currency).
    • Cross-border Orders: Enjoy free international shipping for a single order with an actual payment amount meeting the specified threshold (subject to the announcement on the order checkout page). Orders not meeting the threshold are required to pay the corresponding cross-border shipping fee.
  2. Shipping Fee Calculation: For orders not eligible for free shipping, the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the delivery area, order weight, and selected shipping method. The final fee is subject to the display on the order checkout page.
  3. Special Notes: The shipping policy may be adjusted during promotional activities, subject to the announcement on the activity page; the shipping fee calculation rules for customized cycling apparel are specified separately.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  1. Order Processing:
    • Orders submitted before 16:00 (GMT+8) on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours; orders submitted after 16:00 will be processed on the next working day.
    • Orders submitted on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.
    • Customized cycling apparel requires an additional production cycle (subject to the indication on the product details page), and delivery will be arranged in accordance with the above rules after production is completed.
  2. Delivery Timeframes:
    • Domestic Delivery: The standard delivery timeframe is 3-7 working days, and extended to 5-10 working days for remote areas (such as Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, etc.); the expedited delivery timeframe is 1-3 working days (additional expedited fees apply).
    • Cross-border Delivery: Depending on the destination country/region and selected shipping method, the delivery timeframe is 7-30 working days. Due to factors such as customs clearance and international logistics fluctuations, the timeframe may be extended. For the most accurate information, refer to the logistics provider's tracking details.

5. Logistics Tracking

  1. After the order is shipped, the Website will send the logistics tracking number and query link to the user via SMS or email. Users can track the logistics status through the logistics provider's official website, the "My Orders" page on the Website, or by contacting online customer service.
  2. During the customs clearance process for cross-border orders, users are required to cooperate in providing necessary customs clearance documents (such as ID information). The Website shall not be liable for any delays caused by the user's failure to cooperate in a timely manner.

6. Signing Rules

  1. Domestic Orders: The recipient shall sign for the goods with valid documents or the mobile phone number reserved in the order. If entrusting others to collect the goods on behalf, the agent shall provide the recipient's relevant information. Signing for the goods is deemed as confirmation of the intact delivery of the products.
  2. Cross-border Orders: The recipient must sign for the goods in person with a valid passport/ID card (collection by agent is supported in some regions, subject to local logistics policies). Signing confirms that there are no objections to the quantity and appearance of the goods.
  3. Abnormal Signing: If the recipient finds that the package is damaged, the seal is broken, or the goods are missing, they shall refuse to sign, take photos on-site to retain evidence, and contact the Website's online customer service immediately for handling. Objections raised after signing will not be recognized by the Website (except when there is sufficient evidence to prove that the product issue was caused by logistics transportation).

7. Shipping Instructions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Logistics: When users apply for returns in accordance with the return and exchange conditions (see the Website's "Return and Exchange Policy"), they must send the return package within 30 days of receiving the goods (subject to the logistics collection time).
  2. Shipping Fee Responsibility:
    • For returns caused by product quality issues, incorrect sizes, or shipping errors by the Website, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the Website. Users may choose the designated logistics method to send the goods back and claim reimbursement with valid shipping vouchers (the reimbursement amount shall not exceed the standard specified by the Website).
    • For returns caused by personal reasons (such as subjective dislike, incorrect size selection, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the user, and the goods must be kept in an unused condition suitable for secondary sale.
  3. Exchange Delivery: For orders eligible for exchange, the shipping fee rules for the exchanged goods are the same as those for the original order. If the order amount changes after the exchange, the shipping fee will be recalculated in accordance with the corresponding rules.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The Website will make every effort to assist users in coordinating and handling delivery delays, package loss, or damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, logistics provider strikes, etc.), but shall not be liable for compensation.
  2. The Website shall not be liable for delivery delays, returns, or loss of packages caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses and contact information provided by users. The Website may assist in re-shipping, but the user shall bear the corresponding shipping fee.
  3. Additional fees (such as customs duties, value-added taxes, etc.) incurred due to customs policies, clearance processes, and tax collection for cross-border orders shall be borne by the user. The Website shall not be responsible for withholding or paying such fees (except as otherwise specified).
  4. For package issues caused by the logistics provider's operational errors during transportation, the Website will assist users in claiming compensation from the logistics provider but shall not directly bear liability for compensation (except for orders with purchased logistics insurance).

9. Other Instructions

  1. The Website provides 24/7 online customer service support. Users with any shipping-related questions (such as logistics tracking, timeframe inquiries, abnormal handling, etc.) may contact customer service at any time.
  2. These Shipping Policy may be adjusted due to changes in logistics policies, market conditions, etc. The revised Policy will be posted on the Website, and orders placed after the posting will be subject to the updated terms.
  3. Matters not covered in these Policy shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and logistics industry practices. In case of disputes between users and the Website regarding shipping matters, they may be resolved through negotiation, complaint, or legal channels.
